Our Comprehensive Evaluation Process

Initial Intake Appointment

A detailed intake to understand concerns, symptoms, history, and goals. For children, this is done with the parent or legal guardian only. School or prior testing records should be submitted in advance.

Testing Sessions

Testing is done in person and may last 1 to 4 hours depending on the evaluation.
Some testing may be conducted by trained technicians under psychologist supervision.
Breaks are provided and comfort is monitored throughout.
Neurological testing may take place over multiple sessions for safety and accuracy.

Feedback Session and Evaluation Report

You will review results, diagnoses, strengths, and recommendations with a licensed psychologist and receive a comprehensive written report.
